Neha Gupta is a Software Engineer at C-DAC, the Center for Development of Advanced Computing,[1] she has worked there since 2007. Her background is in Computer Science and Engineering. Among other reasons, Ms. Gupta attended ICANN Singapore given her interest and work with IDN variants and TLDs.[2]
