Frank Maounis is the Chairman of Oxygen Pelatologio. Before that, he was a Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at Enartia, which he helped found in 2004. The company operates various brands in Greece, the most famous of which is Papaki, an ICANN registrar and the largest one in Greece. He is responsible for business development and partnerships.[1]

ICANN 50 in London 2014 was Maounis's first ICANN conference, and he has also attended WHD.[2]

He self-professes that he really likes "creativity and innovation in people", and says, "My personal mission is to empower myself and others to create and innovate because for sure people, ideas and technology can change the world."[1] Amongst his proudest life achievements are his son and creating more than one company from scratch.[2]
