Prevailion targets hacker infrastructure to uncover malicious cyber activity and make it difficult for hackers to conceal their work. The company's platform openly tracks adversaries and provides real-time intelligence to its client companies and organizations. The thinking is that clear visibility and real-time tracking can give threat actors' advantage over to network defense teams. The company closed a US$10 million Series A in 2019 led by AllegisCyber and a US$2 million seed round from DataTribe in 2018.[1]

Overview

Prevailion takes an “outward-in” perspective toward identifying new breaches, monitoring malicious activity, determining the malware behind breaches, and predicting future attacks on companies and organizations. Prevailion's platform collects data from hackers' command and control servers.
