Abdulrahman Abotaleb is an ICT engineer, a Journalist, an Internet activist and a digital rights defender from Yemen.

Abotaleb is a Mid-Career fellow for internet society cohort 2023. He was also an IGMENA Fellow 2015. He was a fellow of Middle East and Adjoining Countries School on Internet Governance Kuwait, 2014. He was selected two times as an ICANN fellow. He has a certificate in Internet Governance from Diplo Foundation. He was selected by ESCWA and Arab League to be a member of Multistakeholder Advisors Group for Arab Internet Governance Forum (AMAG).
