.hk is the ccTLD for Hong Kong. It is managed by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Ltd.^[1]

By making an application for a Domain Name, the registrant warrants that:

to the best of the registrant's knowledge and belief, the Domain Name will not infringe or otherwise violate the legal rights of any third party;
there is the intention of using the Domain Name;
the use of the Domain Name shall be bona fide for one's own benefit and shall be for lawful purposes;
the registrant will not knowingly use the Domain Name in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.^[2]
