Ruth Puente (Beledo) is the External Relations Officer at LACNIC. She is responsible for things related to communications and membership services.http://lacnic.net/en/sobre-lacnic/newsletter/005/ruth_puente.html
Education
Puento holds a degree in International Relations from the University of the Republic. She took Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme (IGCPB) in 2008. Ginger Paque, Biljana Gilsovic and Alfonso Avila were some of her tutors.[1]
Career History
Puente has served as the Membership Liaison at LACTLD. She has also worked as an Account Executive at RAS Group, which is an International Freight Forwarder.
