Per Bergstrand is the Senior Legal Advisor at the Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency.[1]
Prior to this position, he was a Lawyer at Foyen Law Firm. He started his career in 1998, as a Law Clerk at the district court Östersund.
Per, along with Anders Rafting, represented PTS within the GAC and more generally at the ICANN meeting in Cairo.[2]
