Oversee.net is a company that provides online marketing solutions. It is split into with two primary divisions - Oversee Domain Services and Oversee Marketing Services. With over 200 employees, Oversee has offices in many cities such as Portland, Oregon, and Pompano Beach, Florida. Oversee.net is one of the co-founders of the Internet Commerce Association (ICA), a non-profit association that represents the interests of domain owners. ICA is an important participant in the development of rules and regulations that relate to Internet issues and also in the dispute resolution process established by ICANN.[8]
