Mr. Conrad has been working in the Internet Industry since 1983. From 1991-1998, he lived in Japan and he was the Seventh Employee at Internet Initiative Japan (IIJ). IIJ was one of the first commercial ISPs of Japan. He founded the Asia Pacific Network Information Center ([[APNIC[[) and served there as a Director General from 1993-1998.
