David Gomes is the President of ANAC[1][2] (Agencia Nacional das Comunicações), the Communications regulatory authority of Cape Verde.
He was previously the Director General of ANAC.[3]
He has been the Chairman of the Association of Communications and Telecommunications Regulators of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (ARCTEL-CPLP).[4]
