Carthney Laukon is the Director of Communications at Ministry of Transportation and Communications of Marshall Islands.[1]
He attended ICANN Los Angeles[2]1st PACCERT Stakeholder Meeting[3] and he represents Marshall Islands at Pacific ICT Ministerial Forum.[4]
He worked in the Likiep's Internet express project, which was a great development for Internet and Telecommunication in Marshall Islands.[5]
