He was a trainer in the RADEI program, which was aimed at teaching children designing and operating advanced broadband networks.[2]
He taught a Network Management workshop with Carlos Vicente at the WALC 2007 event held in Coro, Estado.[3]
He was a fellow at ICANN Mexico.[4]
