Lira Samykbaeva is the Information Program Coordinator an the Soros Foundation Kyrgyzstan. She is also the first CEO of the Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers Association KSSDA. Now, Lira is working towards the creation of an ISOC Chapter in Kyrgyzstan [1]
Ms. Samykbaeva was an ICANN Fellow at the ICANN Silicon Valley, 2011.[2]
