Ms. Ayers has been a consultant for fifteen years, working with both the public and private sector, on issues related to land development projects and multi-stakeholder approval.[2]
In 2008, she did an externship with the ICANN Office of the Ombudsman.[3]
Education
She holds a Master's degree in alternative dispute resolution from Straus Institute, Masters of Arts in Urban Planning from University of California, and Bachelors of Arts in Design from the same university.
