Carlos Patino is director for Digital Government, UGD-SFP, Mexico.[1] He is a member of digital government program 2008-2012.[2] He was in council of the commission for Inter Government Development August 2008.[3]
Education
Carlos has attended UPIICSA college in 1992, Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2000 and ITESM CCM in 2011.[4]
