Michelle Cotton is an administrator for IANA, and an IANA liaison to the IETF and IESG.[1] She is also the manager of IETF-IANA relations.[2] Her responsibilities include administration of activities and agreements between IETF and ICANN. She has been working with ICANN since 2000, dealing IANA related issues mainly. She processes all types of IANA requests TLD root-zone requests, .INT administration and numbering resource requests.[3]

Michelle actively participates and presents at IANA Committee and Board meetings.[4][5]

Michelle holds a BS degree in Business Marketing from San Diego State University.[6]
