Kailash Anand is a retired professor who worked at the Indian Statistical Institute. He was part of the Statistical Quality Control and Operations Research Division of the Indian Statistical Institute. [1]

In addition, Kailash Anand was also part of the Programmes conducted by the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) Institute of Quality. These programmes were conducted from November 2009 to February 2010, with a focus on building competitiveness in higher education by means of TQM methods.
