Lawrence Conroy is the Chairman of the IPAG and a well known ENUM expert.[1] He is on the board of directors of ICANN.[2] He is Technical Guru of TelNic.[3]
Lawrence is the senior systems architect at Siemens. He has been in the field of networking for over 25 years. His area of expertise include telecommunications, networking and internet based communications. He has been invloved in a number of projects as well.[4]
He is active in ETSI TIPHON and the IETF, and has authored several RFCs.[5][6]
