Christian Hess Araya is a Judge in Judiciary of Costa Rica. He is the LACRALO Representative for Costa Rica.[1] He is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Association for Study and Research Group Academic Law, Economics and Business in the Information Society (AGEIA-DENSI).[2]
Prior to becoming a judge, Araya was a Lawyer of the Judiciary at the Constitutional Chamber of Costa Rica.
Christian was a panelist at ICANN’s NCUC Meeting on Whois, the New MoU, and Right to Privacy.[3] Mr. Hess also participated in the First Official World Conference of Computer Law.[4]
