Denise Michel is the Advisor to the CEO at ICANN, previously she was the Vice President of Policy Development at ICANN.[1]

Career History

  • Before becoming the Vice President she had worked with ICANN for five years as a consultant and as Executive Director.[2]
  • She was also hired by the U.S President Bill Clinton to serve as the Senior Policy Advisor to the U.S Secretary of Commerce. At that time she played an important role in Internet development.
  • She also co-founded a technology company in 1995.[3]
