Ben Crawford is the CEO of CentralNic, a global domain name registry currently operating 25 domain extensions including the ccTLD .la, and such Sub Domains as us.com, eu.com and uk.com.

Ben represents CentralNIC at international conferences, such as the .nxt Conference,[1] and ICANN's meetings.[2]

Ben Crawford oversaw the largest deployment of DNSSEC for any registry to date as of December 17th, 2010.[3]

Prior Experience

Mr. Crawford specializes in developing international media and technology businesses. Ben's previous positions include President of Louise Blouin Media in New York, Managing Director of SportBusiness Group in London and Executive Producer of IBM's Official Website for the Sydney Olympics.[4] Ben is a founding executive of two leading cultural websites, artinfo.com and MutualArt.com., and is a widely-published writer, most notably for the New York Times' Magazine.[5]
