Ciprian Bandu [http://www.evolutionav.ca] which works in Audio Visual departments of the evolution technology presentations. He does most of his work in a live event setting making everything in that event look absolutely amazing and pristine to the core adding in his flare of technological pursuits in any event to show off what he can do. His displays are often times very interactive and are done in a way that entices the viewer and or listener to be immensely interested in the concept.

Before he was involved in Audio visual displays he was the Branch Manager for Goodkey Show Services in which he not only had to manage the workforce he also had to hire staff and keep the entire operation going a float without incident, this would also mean that he has to build a good rapport with those who supplied the company’s goods and those who wanted the service.

Before that, he worked as a Project Manager for events that would move around the country, these events could be anything from showing off technologies or even some sort of festivals, whatever the case may have been he, yet again, managed and hired all the key staff and ensured that everything was working in tip-top shape, managing the employees was one thing but also making sure to clean-up after the event ended was another feather to be added to his cap of things to do. And, as some would suspect, he also had to deal with all of the backlash from clients and complainers whenever something would go amiss.
