Dev Anand Teelucksingh is the Secretariat for LACRALO and the Director of the Trinidad & Tobago Computer Society. He is a member of ALAC[1] and ISOC Global.[2]
Career History
Teelucksingh has been working for the engineering firm Engineering Consultants since 1995. He began the Trinidad & Tobago Computer Society in 1994; the society became a non-profit organisation in 2004 under his direction.[3]
He is also the lead developer and maintainer of the TICS OSS WIN CD, a CD of free, open source software for Windows.[4]
Education
Dev graduated from the University of the West Indies with an honors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.[5]
