Njeri Rionge is the CEO and founder of Ignite Consulting & Investment Limited, and director and co-founder of Wananchi Online Limited, a leading IP communications solutions provider.
She is a successful senior executive with extensive local and international experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. She has demonstrated an ability to lead, influence, manage group dynamics, inspire, and mentor others to achieve outstanding bottom-line results for both employees and the organization. By co-founding and leading Wanachi Online she has show her ability to implement cost effective business solutions.
Ms. Rionge is also engaged in strategic decision-making positions as a director and chairperson of several boards and board committees for a broad spectrum of industries.[1]
Njeri was the first female African representative seated on ICANN's board.[2]

Njeri was involved in creating an Internet educational series on KTN television; her goal is to make Internet services available to Kenyans with the fruition of e-commerce in the near future.
She has been featured in a variety of media formats, including the international media; and has worked as an inspirational speaker in Africa, Europe, and North America.
Njeri has also promoted African arts to the American market via the Black Expo Conference.[6]
ICANN[edit | edit source]
Njeri Rionge's first term on the ICANN Board ran from June 2003 through the conclusion of ICANN's annual meeting in 2005; she was lated selected by the Nominating Committee to serve a second term, which ran through the conclusion of ICANN's annual meeting in November, 2008.[7]
