Vendare Media is an online performance marketing business and the creator of “InFocus,” touted as the first integrated targeting system capable of delivering maximum performance and values at no extra costs. Vendare Media was established in 1999, and a major part of the business is owned by Idealab. Vendare Media is now known as Epic Media Group. Name Change
The original company Vendare Media unified with Net Blue in the year 2006 to form Connexus. In 2010, Connexus and Epic Advertising came together and Epic Media Group was born as the parent company [2].
History
Vendare Media was founded jointly by Bill Gross and Marcia Goldstein in 1999. In 2003, the company purchased Traffic MarketPlace from Vivendi Universal. The current president of this network, Don Mathis, was appointed in 2005. In 2006, the company shifted its headquarters to New York from its original location in Markham, Ontario. In the year 2007, the assets of the company passed $100 million.[3]

The company mainly offers solutions to web publishers, direct marketers and brand marketers and caters to over 120 million global consumers per month via its extended and proprietary media networks. The company connects advertisers and consumers while assisting publishers in maximizing pay-for-performance revenues. Some of the chief services offered by the company include:

These integrated services solutions are the third largest online ad network, which has spread across more than half of the United States. InFocus has come around as the complementary solution for the proprietary optimization of Vendare’s engine, which had made a historical impact by enabling planners and buyers to measuring and maximizing the impact of marketing campaigns on the Internet while accessing up to 85 million unique users on a monthly basis.[7].
