Poomjit Sirawongprasert is a Freelance IT Consultant.[1] He current roles include being a Working Group Member at Creative Commons Thailand, a Lecturer at Bangkok University International College and the President of Thai Hosting Service Providers Club. She is also a Volunteer Editor at DMOZ.org and the Director of TruData Co., Ltd.[2]

Poomjit Sirawongprasert is a volunteer on ICANN's IDN Wiki and has been a member of the NCUC since 2009.

She is also a member of ISOC.[5]

Education

She holds an MBA from University of Baltimore, another MBA in General Business from University of Southern Alabama and BA in Accounting from Mahawithayalai Chiang Mai.[6] Ms. Sirawongprasert also took an English intensive course in Wichita, Kansas.[7]

Fun Fact

Poomjit Sirawongprasert has spent a number of years in America, mostly in rather eclectic destinations (Maryland, Alabama, and Kansas); but she was able to see some more excitement stateside when she went to New Orleans' famous Mardi Gras, which she thought was fantastic. She still fondly remembers the city's delicious beignets.
