Neil Duncan Dundas is the Policy and Legal Advisor for UniForum SA, the organization responsible for the South African domain name registry, CO.ZA.[1]
He is a founding member of ARC, the African Registry Consortium, and is working with the organization's application for the delegation of the new gTLD, .africa.[2]
