Séni Fati is the chief of Telecommunications Regulation for Senegal's ARTP, which is its Post and Telecommunications Regulation Authority.[1] He has been working there since 2007; previously, he worked in the private sector, in electronic banking.[2]

Mr. Fati is working on joining ICANN's ccNSO, and he also works with AfriNIC, and ISOC.

He loves to both play and watch soccer and basketball.[3]
