Baudouin Schombe (born February 23, 1952, Fataki, Congo) is the cooridinator of CAFEC, the CENTRE AFRICAIN D'ECHANGE CULTUREL. [1]
Schombe has a B.A. (1977) in French and African Culture, and another B.A. (1979) in History. [2] His area of interests include executive management, public relations, the internet, information technology, multimedia, and transportation logistics. He is an active member of IP JUSTICE, DFID-PRRINN-MNCH, NABUUR, Internet Governance Project, ISOC, IG, and other organizations.[3]
From 2007 to 2009 he worked at ICANN as an ICT Consultant.
Career History
Baudouin Schombe joined CAFEC as the coordinator of ICT4D in 1980. Since 1994 he has been working as the sub-regional coordinator of ACSIS in Central Africa for CAFEC.
From 2006 to 2010 he served as the administrator at RADIO OKAPI, and he also worked for RonMowers, LLC during the same timeframe.
He was a consultant for AGORA' 2000 S.r.l. from 2008 to 2009.
