Inye Kemabonta is both an Attorney and a certified Information Technology Network Engineer. Currently, he is the Director of Standards and Regulation at the National Information Technology Development Agency Nigeria.[1] Mr. Kemabonta was also the Chair of the Inter-Agency Drafting Committee on Electronic Transactions Law.[2]
