Yashar M. Hajiyev is the Coordinator at Global Internet Policy Initiative. Mr. Hajiyev also teaches at Azerbaijan Technical University, and is a long-time Professor at the Western University of Azerbaijan, where he is the Deputy Head of the Computer Science department.
