David Morar is the 2016 Google Policy Fellow at the Internet Education Foundation.
ICANN and Internet Governance Participation[edit | edit source]
David has been involved in IG at various levels in the past, from academic research, to events and fellowship participation. Morar is a member of ISOC-DC, an ICANN58 Fellow and an academic IG researcher. He was responsible for the IG session at State of the Net 2017.

He is a PhD student at George Mason University, Schar School of Policy and Government.
