Michelle Cotton is ICANN's Manager for IETF Relations. She started work at ICANN in 2000,[1] mostly serving in positions related to IANA. Most recently, she was an administrator for IANA, and an IANA liaison to the IETF and IESG.[2] Her responsibilities include administration of activities and agreements between IETF and ICANN. She processes all types of IANA requests, TLD root-zone requests, .INT administration and numbering resource requests.[3]
Michelle actively participates and presents at IANA Committee and Board meetings.[4][5]

Michelle holds a BS degree in Business Marketing from San Diego State University.[6]
