- From 1998-2001, he worked as Senior Software Architect at Lightrealm and Interland/Vservers.
- He worked at AboutUs.org from 2005-2007 as a CTO, a company which he co-founded with Ray King.[4]
- Starting in 2001 he worked at Name Intelligence, Inc. for 7 years as the CEO.[5]
- He founded Spry Hosting and worked there as the CEO from 2001-2008.
- He was a participant at ICANN since 2002-2008.
