Moses Bagyendera is the Acting Commissioner at Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Uganda.[1] He also serves as a mobilizer at the Joy Centre.[2]
Career History
Before joining the ministry of Uganda, he was the Logistics Management Information Systems Specialist and Management Sciences for Health (MSH) for 1 year. He has also worked as the Head of IT at Opportunity International.
