David Chacón Argüello works at Costa Rica's Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz (CNFL), where he has been since 1996. Mr. Argüello is the Coordinador Portal Empresarial (Enterprise Portal Coordinator), and manages projects related to digital signatures and security. Mr. David holds a Masters in Computer Science with emphasis in Telematics and Telecommunications from Technological Institute of Costa Rica, Bachelors in Computer Engineering from University of Science and Technology.[1]
