Raul Bauer is the Director of USUARIA, which is the Asociación Argentina de Usuarios de la Informática y las Comunicaciones (Argentine Informatic and Communications Users Association).[1] He has been leading the organization since 1982. He is a frequent ICANN participant, and also participates in other regional and international ICT fora.
He is also the CEO of Trends Consulting, which he has run since 1996. He is a current board member of ISOC Argentina, and has been since 1999.[2]
