| Tim Kelly joined [[Network Solutions]] as President in April 2009. As Chief Executive Officer, Tim provides the overall strategic direction for the company and its 900+ employees, who are focused on helping small businesses establish an online presence and market their products and services through the Internet.

| Prior to joining Network Solutions, Tim spent twelve years with Sprint Corporation and Sprint/Nextel Corporation in a variety of senior management roles, including Chief Marketing Officer, President of Sprint Consumer Solutions – PCS, President Sprint Business, President Sprint Mass Markets, and President Customer Management.

| Earlier in his career, Tim served as President of Tickets.com, and began his career in 1985 with Lever Brothers Household Products Division in New York.

| Mr. Kelly received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida and his Master of Business Administration, Graduate Management Program, from Nova Southeast University.
