.expert is a proposed new TLD in ICANN's New gTLD Program.
Current Applicants
- Minardos Group, the firm is largely associated with the construction industry and is also applying for .construction and .build.[1]
- Donuts (Magic Pass, LLC)- This is one of the 307 domain name strings filed by the company. Donuts formed a company to submit each separate application, including Magic Pass LLC for .expert. Donuts is supported by large venture capitalists. The company already invested $56 million on application frees alone. Daniel Schindler, co-founder and EVP for Marketing & Sales of Donuts, is the main contact person listed in the application. [2]
