Dr. Artak Barseghyan is the IT Chief Expert in the Administration of the President of Armenia. At the same time he is the youngest corresponding member of the Engineering Academy of Armenia (EAA), manager and instructor at Cisco Networking Academy at YA (http://cisco.academy.am), president of the Youth Academy.

For his scientific achievements and innovative solutions on 2008 he was honored by EAA medal, on 2009 “The Most Innovative Project Award” by U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation, EIF, Government of Armenia, on 2010 Awarded by State committee of Science of Armenia, on 2012 ANSEF Award, several awards from private and industrial sector.

He is Principal Investigator of several international scientific projects, scientific committee member, invited lecturer, expert in more than 20 countries and author of over 70 peer reviewed papers in journals/conferences.
