Fernando España is the Senior Manager, Registrar Relations of Asia Pacific and Latin America at NeuStar, Inc.[1]

Mr. España has over 12 years in the domain industry bringing expertise from different areas which include a Registrar, a gTLD Registry and a ccTLD Registry. Mr. España has actively participated in the ccNSO being part of the first ccNSO council from 2004 and 2005 representing .US. Mr. España's interest of ccTLD issues is also evident from his active participation as the .US representative at APTLD and LACTLD meetings where he has held presentations several times over the past years.[2]

Mr. España's has been working in Neustar since 2001. Currently his role within Neustar is to manage the Asia-Pacific and Latin American regions for a variety of issues including channel management and monitoring ccTLD activities.

Previously, Mr. España worked with Melbourne IT (2000 - 2001 )an Australian Registrar and Network Solutions (1998 - 2000) prior to the creation of ICANN and the separation of the Registry and Registrar functions.

Mr. España holds a Bachelors of Arts from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
