.ntt is a Brand TLD being proposed in ICANN's New gTLD Program. The applicant is NIPPON TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONE CORPORATION[1] It does not appear to have selected registry provider, but merely notes in its application that "NTT intends to outsource the registry operation to a particular third party."
