Collins created NameBuySell.com with his brother Michael, they later re-branded the sight as Afternic.com. They purchased the site for some $100,000 then, with Roger Collins as president, developed it into the #1 American domain broker for a time.[2]
Collins has been in the computer industry since 1987 in positions ranging from programmer to software engineer and manager, and has developed software for major companies including NCR and IBM, as well as NASA.
