Seth Reiss is a member of ICANN's NARALO. He is also a lawyer specialzing in IP and Internet law. His work with ICANN has included work on the Whois Review Team as the ALAC rep, representing the ALAC within new gTLD groups, and acting as the ALS representative to NARALO.[1][2]

His legal practice is focused on patent, trademark, copyright, technology and Internet law while also providing services in business law, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Federal and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Reiss is an arbitration panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, and is a frequent speaker and author on intellectual property, and Internet and IT law.[3]
