Bill Sandiford is a Board Member of CIRA, the national ccTLD registry for Canada's .ca (2012-2015); a member of ARIN's Advisory Council (2010-2012); President of Telnet Communications, a small-medium sized ISP; and President of the Canadian Network Operators Consortium (CNOC) (2010 - 2014), of which he has been a founding member, President, and Chair of the Board.
