Matt McClure is the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Web.com. He has been in this position since October 2006, and his responsibilities including everything from planning and directing legal affairs to providing legal counsel to all levels of executive staff.[1] Prior to joining Web.com, McClure was the Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Direct General Corporation, where he focused on regulatory compliance and SEC reporting.
