Monique Chartrand is the CEO and General Director of Communautique, a non-profit company about citizen participation/innovation, open culture, and social entrepreneurship. She is a member of NARALO and on the Board of ISOC Quebec.[1] She has been a ICANN ALS representative since 2007 and is involved with Mandalab, an organization that supports public creative spaces and digital technology projects.[2]
