Roxanne John is a citizen of St.Vincent and the Grenadines. An economist and project manager by training and a public servant with the Government since September 2003. She currently manages a World Bank-funded regional ICT programme-Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP) and also the founder and president of Internet Society St. Vincent and the Grenadines Chapter. An ARIN39  and ICANN60 Fellow.
