Adrian Quesada Rodriguez is a three-time ICANN Fellow (ICANN Open Meetings 47, 48 & 50). He is currently a Fellow at the Secretariat of the Internet Governance Forum, a Board Member of the Central American Association for Aeronautics and Space and a Privacy by Design Ambassador.

Adrian is the author of a thesis on Data Protection on Convergent Telecommunications (for which he received the 2014 Data Protection Research Award by the Spanish Data Protection Agency). Previously, he worked as a pro-bono Mediator for the University of Costa Rica and the Ministry of Justice and Peace, and as a Research and Teaching Assistant for the Technology, e-Commerce & Telecomunications Department for the Faculty of Law of the University of Costa Rica.[1]
