Lawrence Conroy is the Chairman of the IPAG and a well known ENUM expert.[1] He is a former member of the ICANN Board,[2] and the Technical Guru of TelNic.[3]
Lawrence is the senior systems architect at Siemens, and has been in the networking field for over 25 years. His areas of expertise include telecommunications, networking and Internet-based communications.[4]
He is active in ETSI, TIPHON, and the IETF, and has authored several RFCs.[5][6]
